Summary
We are looking for a waiter for our cruise ship's main dining room, sailing seven-night Western Mediterranean itineraries out of Barcelona calling at Civitavecchia, Marseille and Palma de Mallorca. Two nightly seatings and a busy formal-night schedule mean a fast-paced floor with a largely European and North American guest mix.
Food Hygiene Level 2 and Crowd Management training must be completed before joining, alongside STCW Basic Safety Training and a current ILO/MLC Medical Certificate. Previous restaurant service experience ashore is welcome; basic Spanish is useful for the mixed international dining room team.
Responsibilities
- Table service across two nightly dinner seatings
- Allergen and special dietary request handling
- Table setup and turnover between seatings
- Buffet support during port days
- Muster station duties
