Superyacht · Cruise · Merchant Shipping · Shore-Based
Discover opportunities across superyachts, cruise, merchant shipping and shore-based roles. Build one profile and show what you can do. Your identity stays private until a hire is confirmed.
Free for seafarers: profile, applications and messaging included.
Where you can work
A season on deck, a contract at sea, a career ashore. Build your profile once and it travels with you across the maritime industry.
Beyond the vessel: the teams you would join in each part of the industry.

Guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping and entertainment teams on passenger ships.

Engineers, electro-technical officers, motormen and fitters keeping the plant running.

Mooring, cargo and watchkeeping crews on dry cargo, tanker and container vessels.

Crew managers, superintendents and designated persons ashore, planning who joins which vessel.
Open positions
Every job here reads in full without an account — the description, the requirements and the pay the employer published. You only need an account to apply and to follow where your application stands.

For seafarers
Build one profile, see how you fit each job and keep your identity private until a hire is confirmed.
Each job shows how your profile matches it, and what is missing, before you apply.
Every certificate and reference shows how far it has been checked: declared by you, document uploaded, document reviewed by SeaTalent, verified with the issuer, or reference checked with the referee.
An anonymised CV generated from your profile under your reference code — never your name.
Record each certificate once and get a reminder before it runs out.
See which sections are still missing and what completing them changes.
Your name and contact details stay hidden until a hire is confirmed on the platform.

For employers
Experience, credentials and availability in one place, each certificate showing how far it has been checked — and the whole hire kept on one platform.
Mark the candidates you want to take forward and keep the rest of the pipeline in view.
Applicants for each job ranked by fit, with anything that blocks the hire shown next to the score.
See whether each professional certificate is valid, expiring or expired, and how far it has been checked.
Propose interview times, let the candidate pick one, and score every candidate on the same role-specific form.
Make the offer on the platform, then record whether the candidate joined on the agreed date.
Invite colleagues with roles that decide who can act on a candidate.
For employers
This is the comparison view an employer gets for a job: fit layer by layer, how far each certificate has been checked and when each candidate is available — never names, contact details or medical certificates.
Every applicant is assessed across four layers, and any unmet requirement is listed on its own.
Each certificate shows its validity and how far it has been verified, from declared to issuer-verified.
See who can join now, who is available from a given month and who is employed but open to offers.
Fictional candidates. Reference codes, certificates and dates are made up to show the layout; nothing here is read from the platform.
What you get
Every certificate date in one place, with anything due in the next 90 days flagged before it runs out.
Superyacht, cruise, merchant and shore-based jobs from one profile — no starting over for each move.
Employers see your professional profile under a reference code. Your name, contact details and files open only when a hire is confirmed on the platform.
Each job shows which requirements your profile meets, which it does not and which have not been checked yet — before you apply.
Employers see how far each certificate has been checked, side by side, without names or contact details.
How it works
Three steps, each opened by the one before it. No unsolicited messages and no disclosure without your consent.
Your positions, sea time and certificates with their dates, saved step by step. Stop at any point and continue when you are back in signal range.
Employers see a reference code and your professional profile — role, sea time, certificates and availability — never your name or contact details.
Only an employer you have applied to, or whose contact request you accepted, sees your full work history and certificates. Your name and contact details follow only after a confirmed hire.

Why seafarers pay nothing
No fees or other charges for recruitment or placement shall be borne, directly or indirectly, by the seafarer.MLC 2006 — Standard A1.4, paragraph 5(b)
Live figures
These figures are read from the platform's own records.
Live data · activity measured over the last 30 days
Employers see your professional profile under a reference code. Your name, phone number and contact details reach an employer only after a hire is confirmed on the platform — hidden details are never sent to the employer.
Every job shows what your profile meets, what is missing and what has not been checked yet. A missing mandatory document is always listed on its own. Medical certificates never enter an employer's view of your fit.
Anything due within 90 days is flagged amber and anything expired red, with a reminder in your dashboard — so a lapsed certificate does not surprise you at the next joining date.
Messages open only through your application or a contact request you accepted, always about a specific job. No unsolicited messages; withdraw and the conversation closes.
Every check names what SeaTalent looked at and when: a company's registration and authorised contact, an uploaded file, a reviewer's comparison, a confirmation from the issuing authority, a call to a referee. Until a company is checked, its jobs are not published and it sees only limited candidate details.
No membership, no priority listing, no paid applications. MLC 2006 prohibits charging seafarers for recruitment or placement.

Common questions
The questions seafarers and employers ask most.
No. Building a profile, recording certificates, applying to jobs and messaging employers are free for seafarers. MLC 2006 and Turkish Law No. 4904 prohibit charging seafarers for recruitment or placement.
Your name and contact details stay hidden until a hire is confirmed on the platform, and vessel names are shown only to employers you have applied to or whose invitation you accepted. We do not claim you are untraceable — in a small sector a detailed profile can narrow you down, so keep that in mind when you write your summary.
Only after a hire is confirmed on the platform by both you and the employer. Applying to a job or accepting a contact request opens your work history and certificates to that one employer, not your identity.
An employer you have applied to, or whose contact request you accepted, receives an anonymised SeaTalent CV generated by the platform under your reference code. Files you upload stay with you, and the full SeaTalent CV with your name is shared only after a confirmed hire. Withdrawing consent stops further sharing from that moment on; it cannot pull back a CV that has already been downloaded.
Every check says what was looked at and when — never just "verified". Employer verified: SeaTalent checked the company's registration and an authorised contact; it says nothing about any candidate. Document uploaded: a file is on the profile; nobody has checked its content. Document reviewed: a SeaTalent reviewer compared the file with the details the seafarer entered; it does not confirm the record with the issuing authority. Issuer verified: a reviewer confirmed the certificate with the issuing authority by hand, and the date and method are shown. Reference checked: a reviewer spoke to the referee and recorded the outcome; employers only ever see a confirmed check. Checks on certificates and references happen only when the seafarer asks, they are free, and medical certificates are never reviewed or shown to employers. An AI reading a document is not a verification: no automated reading ever appears as a check.
Your dashboard shows a warning 90 days before the expiry date. An expired mandatory certificate lowers your fit score for a job, and the colour coding shows which document needs attention.
Superyacht, cruise, merchant shipping and shore-based roles. Charter, gulet and day-boat work sits within the superyacht sector. One profile covers every one of them.
