Summary
We are looking for a sous chef for our 88 m motor yacht, based in Auckland with a cruising programme through the South Pacific and periodic runs to Southeast Asia. You will support the head chef with menu prep, plating and provisioning, and run the galley solo during the head chef's rotation leave.
Menus flex between formal guest service and crew catering across a large team, and provisioning trips require planning around remote Pacific anchorages between resupply ports. We are looking for someone with at least three years of galley experience, comfortable stepping up to full galley responsibility during cover periods.
Responsibilities

- Running the galley solo during cover periods
- Provisioning in Auckland and along the itinerary
- Galley hygiene and stock rotation
