Summary
We are looking for a stewardess for our 36 m sailing yacht, based in Palma de Mallorca for a charter season running the Balearics and the Western Mediterranean. A small interior team of two working closely with the deck crew on sail-assisted charters, up to eight guests aboard.
Helping with lines and sail handling during manoeuvres is part of the job alongside standard interior duties, so comfort on deck matters as much as service skill below. Couples where one partner is on deck are welcome to apply together. We are looking for someone with at least two years of yacht interior experience, ideally with some sailing yacht background, and conversational Spanish is a plus for provisioning runs ashore.
