Summary
We are looking for a chief stewardess to lead the interior department on our 88 m motor yacht, based in Auckland with a cruising programme through the South Pacific and periodic runs to Southeast Asia. A team of six, silver-service standard, and a full detailing programme during the New Zealand winter lay-up.
You will manage the interior budget, train and roster a large team across housekeeping, laundry and service, and coordinate directly with the captain and management office on guest logistics for owner and charter trips. We are looking for someone with at least seven years leading an interior department on yachts over 70 m, comfortable managing a large team and a demanding refit and detailing schedule.
Responsibilities
- Leading and rostering an interior team of six
- Interior budget management
- Setting and auditing the service standard
- Coordinating guest logistics with the captain and management office
- Overseeing the winter detailing programme
- Stock and inventory control across the department
