Summary
••• is looking for a fleet manager to hold commercial and operational responsibility for a mixed portfolio of managed dry bulk and tanker tonnage, reporting into the technical director and coordinating closely with the DPA and crewing teams on vessel readiness.
You will own the operating budget for your assigned vessels, manage owner reporting and vetting outcomes, and step in on operational escalations from port captains and masters when a call needs senior judgment. We are looking for someone with a decade of ship management experience, ideally with sea-going command background, comfortable owning P&L responsibility for a multi-vessel portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Commercial and operational ownership of a vessel portfolio

- Vetting and inspection outcome follow-up
- Escalation point for masters and port captains
