Crewing Manager — Adriatic Desk

We run a crewing desk placing officers and ratings on yachts, commercial vessels and fishing tonnage across the Adriatic and are looking for a manager to lead the desk, own client relationships with vessel operators, and manage a small team of crew coordinators through the busy pre-season hiring push.

You will oversee crew planning against contract end dates, handle escalations on placements that go wrong, and represent the agency in front of new and existing client fleets. We are looking for someone with a strong background in crewing or manning agency work, comfortable managing both the client relationship and the coordinator team underneath them.
