Summary
We are looking for a cruise director to be the public face of daily life on board, hosting the theatre shows, running the daily programme announcements and leading the entertainment team through fjord port days in Norway and city stops around the Western Mediterranean later in the season. You will work closely with the hotel director on guest experience and directly manage the entertainment, activities and youth programme staff.
Crowd Management training, STCW Basic Safety Training and a current ENG1 medical certificate are required. We are looking for someone with at least eight years in cruise entertainment or a comparable public-facing hospitality leadership role, confident hosting live stage events for a full theatre of British and European guests.
Responsibilities
- Hosting theatre shows and daily programme events
- Leadership of the entertainment and activities team
- Daily guest programme planning across port and sea days
- Coordination with the hotel director on guest experience
- Youth programme oversight
- Onboard announcements and guest communication
