Marina Manager — 320 berths

We are looking for a manager responsible for the entire operation of our 320-berth marina in Antibes, covering everything from berthing contracts and the winter layup plan to technical service coordination and environmental and safety compliance across the basin.

You will lead a team of 34 across dockmasters, technical services and reception, manage the annual budget and berthing revenue, and represent the marina in dealings with the port authority and visiting owners' representatives. We are looking for someone with at least eight years in marina or port operations management, ideally including a period running a facility of comparable size on the French or Italian Riviera.
