Nanny / Governess — M/Y (Private, explorer)

We are looking for a nanny/governess for the owner's young children aboard a private explorer motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale, travelling for extended periods including planned Pacific voyages with limited access to shore schools. You will run a daily routine of care, informal lessons and supervised activity, coordinating closely with the parents on schedule and structure.

A current paediatric or general first aid qualification is required; a teaching background or tutoring experience is a strong advantage given the extended time away from school. We are looking for someone patient and adaptable, comfortable being the primary caregiver during long ocean passages when the children's routine needs to flex around the vessel's schedule.
