Junior Deckhand — M/Y Explorer (Confidential, worldwide)

On behalf of a private owner, we are recruiting an entry-level deckhand for a 100 m+ explorer-class motor yacht cruising worldwide. The company name is revealed once you apply; the vessel's identity stays confidential. Joining is arranged through Fort Lauderdale on 2:2 rotation. No prior yacht experience is required, but STCW Basic Safety Training and a current ENG1 must be in hand before joining.

You will support the bosun and lead deckhand with washdowns, line handling, fender work and general deck upkeep, and get hands-on exposure to tender and expedition equipment operations across a genuinely global itinerary.
