Chief Officer — M/Y Explorer (Confidential, worldwide)

On behalf of a private owner, we are recruiting a chief officer for a 100 m+ explorer-class motor yacht cruising worldwide, from the Caribbean to the Pacific and Southeast Asia depending on the season. The company name is revealed once you apply; the vessel's identity stays confidential. Joining is arranged through Fort Lauderdale, and rotation is 2:2.

You will run deck department planning and watchkeeping under the captain, lead a team of ten across deck and tender operations, and manage ISM/ISPS documentation for a vessel that regularly clears customs in multiple jurisdictions on a single itinerary. We are looking for someone with at least six years' deck officer experience on yachts over 70 m and a genuinely global itinerary background.
